28th Annual 2010 Everett C. Parker Ethics in Telecommunications Lecture and Awards Breakfast Wednesday, September 29, 2010, 8:00 am


The Everett C. Parker Ethics in Telecommunications Lecture was created in 1983 to recognize Parker's pioneering work as an advocate for the public's rights in broadcasting.

The event is the only lecture in the country to examine telecommunications in the digital age from an ethical perspective.
